Manage Payment Schedules

You can add and manage payment schedules, payments made by a student, or payments made by an agency on behalf of the student. Payment schedules can be added and managed from more than one module in Anthology Student. They can be added from: 

  • Financial Aid

  • Student Accounts

Prerequisites

To view student payments and other cash awards, you must have:

  • Common - Student - View authorization

  • Either Financial Aid - Student Award - View authorization or Student Accounts – Payment Schedule – View authorization

To take other actions, you must meet the prerequisites specific to the action.

Access Methods

Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Financial Aid > select the Awarding tile.

Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Student Accounts > select the Payment Schedule tile.

Actions Available

From Student Accounts, you can select Show All or Show Scheduled Only to display all items or scheduled items only. You can also take these actions.

Columns

Billed ToClosed Indicates who the payment is billed to.

Course ListClosed The Course List establishes a list of core and elective courses required for a program version.

First Payment DateClosed The date when the first payment is due.

Last Statement DateClosed Read-only field that displays the date of the last statement.

Remaining BalanceClosed The amount remaining to be paid for the payment plan

StatusClosed The amount remaining to be paid for the payment plan.
